As MD, Sukhvinder leads Engage. The distinctive approach is based on her research and draws on her rich experience as CEO for 12 years in the voluntary sector, expertise in commercial turnaround, and 25 years as NED across the public and private sectors. She has advised Government Ministers, led national Taskforces and developed strategy at EU and UN level. She serves on the Boards of Lewisham and Greenwich Hospital, Swan Housing Group and the University of Birmingham.
SUE YOUNGMAN: Sue is a strategic communications consultant and executive coach specialising in reputation and issue management, stakeholder research and insight.
CLIVE MILER: Clive has been at the forefront of the development of personalisation in social care, children’s services and health and currently chairs the national Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) partnership’s Children and Young People's Personalistion Network.
RICHARD FIELD: Richard has authored or co-authored a number of books including Effective Commissioning in Health and Social Care, published by SAGE in 2013. He is an experienced event and team facilitator, a qualified user of psychometric instruments and an executive coach.
